Q:   How long does production take? 
A:   After the initial consultation, we will work on developing the design concept based on the client's input. This may involve creating sketches, digital renderings, or 3D models to visualize the proposed design. The design development phase typically takes between 2-4 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and the number of revisions required. Once the design is finalized, we will source the necessary materials, including metals and gemstones, for the custom piece. The time it takes to source materials can vary depending on their availability and any specific requests from the client. Once all materials are at hand we begin fabricating. If we are using a CAD, your printed model will be cast. We then use traditional jewelry methods to complete the remainder of the piece. If we are fabricating the entire piece by hand the process is the same accept, we will start with stock to form and build your piece instead of using a CAD. The fabrication process can take anywhere from a few days to months, depending on the complexity of the design and our workload. Once the custom piece is fabricated, it undergoes a final inspection to ensure that it meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Any necessary adjustments or refinements are made during this stage to ensure the finished piece meets the client's expectations. Once all work is complete, the piece will be appraised. This document that will describe your piece before
it leaves our facility, assess its relative quality, and assigns it a value. Finally, the completed custom jewelry piece is made available for pickup or shipping. Sometimes delays are beyond our control and can occur for several reasons. We do our best to be transparent about any setbacks or hold ups and will adjust delivery dates only as needed. It is our number one priority to deliver you the finest quality product.
